We ship worldwide. For Domestic customers: Shipping is free within India.For International customers: We charge a minimal of Rs. 3500 on international shipping.
An order can be requested for Return if it is unused and in the original condition that it was delivered to the customer. The order has to be couriered by the customer to the specified address with 15 days of receiving the order. IF the product is damaged or used, the amount may not be refunded.

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

How do I know my size?
You may check your shoe size as per the size chart provided on the website or order as per oyur usual shoe size. In case you have any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
Products are mostly hand crafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number on request.
What is the time frame for receiving orders?
The order once received will be shipped within maximum of 4 days and should reach the customer with a time frame of 10-12 days..
What if I order Multiple Products?
